- All Covid norms will be followed
- BAI rules will be followed
- Yonex AS2 shuttles will be used
- Please carry an age proof certificate for physical verification
- The first 4 positions will be awarded individual Prizes
- Cash Award – INR 1 Lakh
- No refund for any cancellation or No shows
- All matches to be played for 15 points, best of 3 games with no Extention until quarter-finals
- Semi-finals and finals to be played for 21 points, best of 3
- The Sports School is not responsible for any injuries or loss of personal belongings of the players or parents during the event
- The Referee has a right to disqualify any player on disciplinary grounds
- The Referee/Organizing secretary shall take all the decisions, in case of any dispute
- All the organizing committee members, referees, and all the staff are vaccinated
- The organizer, its sponsors, or staff stand indemnified in respect of any such protest related to the overage issue
- On the day of the event, a temperature check is mandatory. If the temperature is found to be more than 100*F entry will be restricted
- The Tournament Location: The Sports School, Bangalore Campus
- Food and beverages will be available on Pay & Eat
- The registration will be closed on 15th January 2022
- Fixtures will be released on 10th January 2022 on The Sports School website and Social Media
DO’S & DON’TS:
Do’s:
- All participants are requested to come in appropriate sports attire and carry their own sports equipment
- Carry “Non-marking” shoes for the tournament
- Spectators are requested to always wear a mask
- Participants can carry a water bottle that can be refilled at the water point near the court
- Self-driven cars to be parked at the designated areas only as instructed by the security
- Spectators/Parents will not be allowed to move around on the campus as the school is operational for students
- Participants and parents entry will be restricted to The Sports School – block only
- During the tournament, participants are requested to be seated in the designated areas
Don’ts:
- Do not walk on the courts at any time other than the match
- Pets will not be allowed on campus
- Do not eat and drink inside the courts
- Outside footwear is not allowed inside the courts
- Driver-driven cars will not be allowed to be parked inside the gate.
