29TH SMT. KRISHNA KHAITAN MEMORIAL ALL INDIA JUNIOR BADMINTON TOURNAMENT ORGANIZED BY EXPRESS SHUTTLE CLUB TRUST (UNDER THE AUSPICES OF HARYANA BADMINTON ASSOCIATION)
SUB: 29′ Smt. Krishna Khaitan Memorial All India Junior Badminton Tournament from 11th to 17′ January, 2022 at Tau Devi Lai Multipurpose Indoor Stadium, Sector – 3, Panchkula.

The tournament will be organized in following Events:
Boys Singles – U-19
Boys Doubles – U-19
Girls Singles – U-19
Girls Doubles – U- 19
Mixed Doubles — U-19

The tournament will be organized in following age groups with specified eligibility criteria relating to the date of birth: –
Group Age under years as on Born on or after the reference date Juniors 19 years 1st January, 2004.

It is mandatory that all BAI affiliated units should maintain State IDs, at the State level after verifying the original DOB Certificates registered in Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat I Department of Birth & Death Registration Office.

All Players must carry their Age Certificates in the BAI format during the tournament. There is also a likelihood of Medical Examination being conducted by Sports Authority of India as per the latest guidelines of Sports Ministry, Government of India.

Entry Fee Details:

Entry Fees: Singles Rs. 750/- and Doubles Rs. 1500/- (for main draw and qualifying rounds).

While transferring the funds, the sender name should be mentioned and get the copy of transfer of funds at the venue to reconcile the entry fee with the Organizers.

The qualifying rounds will be played on the 11′ to 13′ January, 2022 and main draw will be played on the 14′ to 17′ January, 2022 at 10 no Badminton Courts at Tau Devi Lal Multipurpose Indoor Stadium, Sector – 3. Panchkula. The total prize money on offer will be Rs. 4.00 Lakh and this tournament will be a major ranking tournament.

Closing date of entries is 22nd December, 2021. The entries shall be received by BAI as per the existing system with a copy to Organizing Secretary. The entries are to be received through Affiliated Units only (Direct entries from the Players are not valid)

All players coming by train are to be informed that venue of event i e Tau Devi Lal Multipurpose Indoor Stadium, Sector – 3, Panchkula is 7 kms. from Panchkula / Chandigarh Railway Station, from Chandigarh Air Port it is 18 kms and from Sector 17 Bus Stand it is 14 Kms. Kindly proceed towards Panchkula side after arrival at Railway Station Chandigarh to reach the venue
