India on Track (IOT) has been set up to inculcate a culture of sport amongst the youth and
create a platform to learn and participate in various disciplines. Working in a sector that is driven

Project Overview
IOT aims to create a grassroots football coaching and development programme across the
respective cities. The programme will create a comprehensive, long term development platform
for young talent to be trained and developed through the technical expertise and methodology of
Laliga Football Schools & NBA Basketball School. The programme will include holistic
development of students including technical skills, tactical grooming, physical fitness, discipline
and game rules & regulations.
Venue manager responsibilities
As a role that focuses on operations & business of the venue with complete efficiency possible,
expect to see the following duties and responsibilities in a Venue Manager:
● Manage general venue operations and logistics
● Responsible to generate the expected revenue of the venues
● Responsible for the end to end P/L of the venues
● Act as the point of information for players and parents / guardians & venue partners,
direct any technical queries to the assistant coach / center head coach / technical head
● Maintaining relations with students & parents
● Planning & executing marketing campaigns for the venues to generate new leads
● Handle attendance and database management
● Generate new business leads for IOT
● Responsible for equipment inventory
● Manage branding and the material placement at the venues
● Compiling valuable feedback from parents and enrolled students
● Conducting venue review and sharing regular reports with Business Manager
Personal qualities and behavioral traits:
● Must be confident, presentable and must possess strong verbal and written
communication skills in English & Hindi.
● Must have attention to detail
● Must possess strong interpersonal skills
● Must be self-motivated
● Must be passionate about the grassroots development of sports
Work Experience :
Prior experience of at least 1+ years in the sports industry is desirable.
