- Educational Qualification Certificate
- Copy of Passport & Aadhar Card
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Voter ID
- Sports Achievement Certificate
- Four Passport Size photos
Sports Performance criteria:
- Represented India in AIFF, AFC & FIFA recognized competition
- Senior, Junior & Senior National Football championship
- Participation in l-League, I-League Qualifier, Elite & Junior League
- Participation in the National School Games organised by the School Games Federation of India
- Participation in Khelo India Youth & University Games.
- All India & Inter-University Competitions Participation in State Championships.
Age Criteria: Born between 1st Jan 2003 to 31st Dec 2007
NOTE:
- Irrespective of the specified age criteria talented athletes will be considered based on the recommendation by Talent Identification and Development Committee.
- Trial date relaxation applicable for the athletes appearing in examination.
- Sports performance criteria will continue as participation criteria post selection •
- Athlete will get to fill the application form on the day of the trial only.
- Please bring the self attested photocopy of the documents with you.
