SAI invites swimmers for a trial to admission at DR SPMSPC swimming complex for advanced swim training
Details of the trial
Age Group: There are two categories for selection 9-10 & 11-12
Trial Dates: Trial Dates 13th and 14th Dec 2021
Venue: Dr SPMSPC Swimming Complex, New Delhi
- Any swimmer who does not fit in the age criteria will not be considered in this trial
- There are no boarding or lodging facilities available
- There will be two sessions a day
- Selected swimmers will have to have a minimum of 90% attendance to remain in the program
- Swimmers selected in this program shall not be a part of the NCOE and cannot avail the facilities provided to NCOE swimmers

Sports Specific Efficiency (8 Points)
Physical Potential (7 Points)
Age 9-10 years : Day 1
100 IM
50m (Backstoke or Freestyle) Swimmer may Choose
50m (Breaststroke or Butterfly) Swimmer may Choose
Selected swimmers will be invited for Day 2
Day 2: Vertical Jump test
Age 11-12 years: Day 1
200 IM
50m (Backstoke or Freestyle) Swimmer may Choose
50m (Breaststroke or Butterfly) Swimmer may Choose
Selected swimmers will be invited for Day 2
Day 2 : Vertical Jump test, Williams Swimming Beep test
