The Madras Regimental Centre will be conducting UHQ Rally FROM 14FEB 2022 TO 19 FEB 2022 at ‘Thangaraj Stadium’, Wellington. Nilgiris

Sports Trials Date: 14th and 15th Feb 2022 (For outstanding Sportsmen All State/UT)
*Eligibility: International / National / Inter University / Inter School Championship (Senior or Junior)

The Rally will conducts for wards of serving soldiers / ex-servicemen / widow / war widow & real brothers of serving soldier / ex-servicemen and open category for Sportsmen & musician.

Age Criteria : (a) Soldier GD (incl Sportsmen). 171/2 to 21 years. (Date of Birth should be between 14 Feb 2001 to 14 Aug 2004). (b) Soldier Tdn. 171/2 to 23 years.(Date of Birth should be between 14 Feb 1999 to 14 Aug 2004).

Education Qualification : (a) Soldier GD (incl Sportsmen). 10th / SSLC / Matric with min of 45% marks in aggregate and 33% marks in each subject. Candidates having 12th or higher qualification need not have 45% marks in class 10th. (b) Soldier Tdn. 10th Pass (8th pass for House Keeper & Mess Keeper only).

Dates for conducting of Sports Trials are as given below:-
(a) 14 Feb 2022
Time: 8 am – Athletics, Shooting & Sports Climbing
Time: 2 pm – Kabaddi, Basket Ball & Best Physique/ Body Building

(b) 15 Feb 2022
Time: 8 am – Volleyball. Handball & Boxing
Time: 12 pm – Football
Time: 3 pm – Hockey

All Candidates are required to carry masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and produce a COVID-19 free / asymptomatic certificate and NO Risk Certificate at the time of entry from gate of this establishment when they report for the rally. Asymptomatic Certificate from medical authority should have been issued with 48 hours prior to the rally reporting day.
