Requirements:
1. Merits certificates District, State or National level original
2. Date of Birth certificates from M Seva/ MHO ,10th class and Aadhar Card (Original Certificate)
3. Three passport size photos and Copies of Certificates (2 sets).

Facilities Provided for Selected Athletes Sports kit, Boarding & Lodging expenses, Insurance and Education fees etc… (As per the Sports Authority of India Norms.)
