JOB DESCRIPTION
- To report directly to the General Secretary and the Technical Committee and work closely with all stakeholders
- To implement a technical strategy for the development of football across all levels
- Design and implement a coach development program with the objective of developing various levels of coaching expertise to support all programs
- Implementing strategies for Grassroots and Youth Football Development
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum Experience: 5 years coaching experience in Domestic State/National Leagues at senior level
- Resident of Delhi NCR
- Minimal Coaching Qualification of AFC B-Certificate
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to architect strategy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Should be physically fit to travel domestically in various assignments as and when required
- Competence to manage interpersonal skills at all levels
- Leadership, Communication, Organising, Multitasking Skills
