The Red Devils stand in Pep Guardiola’s way as he looks to become just the second manager in England to complete the European treble, following in the footsteps of the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson. Manchester City will be facing United in the FA Cup final before locking horns with Italian giants Inter Milan in the final of the UEFA Champions League on June 11.

The two sides are set to go head-to-head in the final of the oldest competition in world football. Manchester City got to the final, beating Chelsea 4-0 in the third round, defeating Arsenal 1-0 in round four, overcoming Bristol City 3-0 in round five, hammering Burnley 6-0 in the quarter-finals, and downing now-promoted Sheffield United 3-0 in the semi-final stage.

As for Manchester United, they beat Everton 3-1 in round three, overcame Reading 3-1 in the fourth round, defeated David Moyes’ West Ham United 3-1 in round five, downed Fulham 3-1 in the quarter-finals, before winning 7-6 on penalties after being held to a goalless draw by Brighton.
