ELIGIBILITY
- Born between 05 Feb 2010 to 05 Feb 2016, Min Education III Std Pass.
- Born between 05 Feb 2008 to 04 Feb 2010, Min Education VIII Std Pass
- Won any Medal at National/ International Competitions in above Sports.
