Silvassa United FC are looking for a football coach to join our residential academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and coaching our team of young football players.

Location: United Football Club, Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Requirements:

1. Minimum AIFF E or D licence
2. 1-2 years of coaching experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work well in a team environment
5. Passion for developing young football players
6. Flexibility and willingness to work in a residential academy environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop training programs for the team.
Train and coach the team during practice sessions and games.
2. Identify areas of improvement for each player and work with them to develop their skills.
3.Monitor the team’s progress and adjust training programs as needed.
3. Attend meetings with academy management and parents to discuss the team’s progress.
