1. Trials Refunds
1.1 Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable to trials registered on spotik.co
- To be eligible for a refund, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the registration date.
1.2 Event Cancellations or Postponements
- In the event of a cancellation or postponement, registration fees refunds will be issued automatically.
- If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within the specified timeframe.
2. No-Show Policy
2.1 Refund Request for Non-attendance
- If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, refunds will not be issued for no-shows or missed trials.
